Facial Balancing & Contouring / Dermal Fillers / Lip Enhancements

Pre-Care: 

  • Avoid blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oil, Vitamin E) for at least 5-7 days before treatment (unless prescribed). 
  • Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24  hours before your appointment. 
  • If prone to cold sores, take antiviral medication (like Valtrex) 1-2 days before to prevent outbreaks. 
  • Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup and skincare products.

After-Care: 

  • Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 72 hours. 
  • Expect mild swelling, redness, or bruising for 3-7 days. 
  • Sleep with your head elevated for the first night to minimize swelling. 
  • Avoid intense workouts, alcohol, and excessive sun exposure for 7 days.  
  • Stay hydrated to help fillers settle properly. 
  • Avoid facial massages, dental work, or other face treatments for 4 weeks.

Botox & Wrinkle Relaxers

Pre-Care: 

  • Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for 72 hours before treatment. 
  • Avoid caffeine and smoking for at least 24 hours before treatment. 
  • Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before your appointment.

After-Care: 

  • Stay upright for at least 6 hours after the procedure. 
  • Do NOT rub, massage, or apply pressure to the treated area for 72 hours. 
  • Avoid strenuous activities, excessive heat, and alcohol for 72 hours. 
  • Avoid facials or facial treatments for at least 4 weeks. 
  • Full results appear in 14-21 days; minor touch-ups can be done after 3 weeks if necessary. 
  • Ensure you are not scheduled for any other aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser, microneedling) in the same area for at least 4 weeks.

Skin Boosters & Biostimulators (Radiesse, Sculptra, Profhilo, PRP)

Pre-Care: 

  • Avoid alcohol, cannabis, caffeine and blood-thinning medications 5-7 days before treatment. 
  • Stay hydrated and eat a healthy meal before the procedure. 
  • If receiving PRP, drink plenty of water for 72 hours before treatment.

After-Care: 

  • Expect mild swelling, redness, and tenderness for 7 days. 
  • Avoid excessive heat, exercise, and alcohol for 72 hours. 
  • Stay hydrated and consume a protein-rich diet to support collagen production. 
  • Results develop gradually over 4-6 weeks with continued improvement. 
  • Ensure you are not scheduled for any other aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser, microneedling) in the same area for at least 4 weeks.

Liquid BBL (Non-Invasive Booty Enhancement)

Pre-Care: 

  • Avoid blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Fish Oil, Vitamin E) for at least 5-7 days before treatment (unless prescribed). 
  • Stay hydrated and eat a carb, protein-rich meal before your appointment. 
  • Avoid alcohol, cannabis and caffeine for 24 hours before the procedure. 
  • If possible, avoid smoking to promote better healing and collagen production. 
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.

After-Care:

  • Keep entry wounds dry and sterile for at least 72 hours to prevent infection.
  • Avoid applying creams, lotions, or oils to the treated area during this time. Keep coverings dry. 
  • Expect mild swelling, tenderness, and possible bruising for 7-14 days.
  • Do NOT massage, apply pressure, or touch the treated area for at least 2 weeks to allow the filler to settle properly.
  • No swimming, baths, or saunas for at least 7 days to prevent infection. 
  • Avoid sitting directly on your bum for 72 hours; use a cushion or sit on your thighs instead. 
  • Avoid strenuous workouts, heavy lifting, and excessive stretching for 7-10 days. 
  • Stay hydrated and consume a protein-rich diet to support collagen stimulation.
  • Avoid tight clothing for 72 hours.
  • Avoid excessive cold + heat exposure (plunges, hot baths, saunas, tanning beds) for 2 weeks. 
  • The treated area may feel lumpy or bumpy during the initial recovery weeks—this is normal and will smooth out over time. Full "fluffing" occurs after about 3-4 weeks. 
  • Ensure you are not scheduled for any other aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser, microneedling) in the same area for at least 4 weeks.

Laser Hair Removal 

Pre-Care: 

  • Avoid sun exposure & tanning (including self-tanners) for at least 2-4 weeks before treatment.
  • Use SPF 30+ if exposed to the sun. 
  • Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. Do NOT wax, pluck, or use hair removal creams for at least 4 weeks before treatment. The hair follicle must be intact for the laser to be effective.
  • Avoid using retinoids, glycolic acids, or exfoliating products on the area for 3-5 days before treatment.
  • Do not apply lotions, deodorant, oils, or makeup on the treatment area on the day of your session.
  • Avoid blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Fish Oil) for 3-5 days before treatment (unless prescribed).

  • No hot showers, saunas, swimming, or intense exercise for 24-48 hours to prevent irritation.
  • Avoid exfoliating, scrubbing, or using harsh skincare products on the treated area for 5 days.
  • Do not wax, pluck, or use hair removal creams between sessions—only shave as needed.
  • Hair shedding may occur 1-3 weeks post-treatment; this is normal as the targeted hair follicles are eliminated.
  • Stay consistent with sessions (typically every 4-6 weeks) for the best results.

Venus Versaâ„¢ IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)

Pre-Care:

  • Avoid sun exposure & tanning (including self-tanners) for at least4 weeks before treatment.
  • Always apply SPF 30+ to the treatment area if exposed to the sun.
  • Discontinue retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and exfoliating products for at least 5 days before treatment.
  • Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment if treating areas with hair.
  • Do NOT wax, pluck, or use hair removal creams for at least 4 weeks before treatment.

  • No hot showers, saunas, swimming, or excessive sweating for24-48 hours to prevent irritation.
  • Do NOT pick, scratch, or exfoliate the treated area, even if mild flaking or darkening (of pigmented spots) occurs—this is part of the natural healing process.
  • Avoid harsh skincare products (retinoids, acids, scrubs, or active ingredients) for5-7 days after treatment.
  • Hydrate and apply gentle, soothing moisturizers like aloe vera or hyaluronic acid.
  • If treating pigmented lesions or sunspots, expect them to darken and flake off within 7-14 days.
  • Multiple sessions (typically 3-6 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart) may be needed for optimal results.
